Cerac Cad/Cam

The Cerac Cad/Cam technology enables us to finish various dental restorations within a single day. When restoring teeth, one of the worst parts is having to make multiple trips to the dentist. Traditionally, crowns and bridges require two trips to the dentist – the first using a temporary restoration which is then replaced only weeks later with the permanent restoration. At Rejuvenation Dentistry this isn’t the case.

CEREC uses CAD/CAM (computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing) technology to take impressions quickly and generate a precisely fitted restoration such as a crown or bridge, so that you can get everything done in a single visit, hassle-free. Orthodontic aligners can also be made in record time so that you can begin treatment that very same day.

Magnification using loupes

Dr Haripersad also makes use of magnifying loupes for certain dental procedures to ensure the highest attention to detail. Magnifying loupes are typically used in the medical and dental field to magnify the object they are viewing. These small magnification devices are typically attached to a frame, worn as glasses. Since they rely on the refraction of light through lenses to magnify the object in question, together with light and proper access to the oral cavity, precision dentistry is made standard at Rejuvenation Dentistry.

B Class sterilizer

The DAC sterilizer is one of the best sterilisers available. With the same double-walled sterilization chambers (twin chamber technology) as hospital autoclaves and certified manufacturing standards, the cleaning and decontamination of dental instruments is ensured. This technology allows for the most superior disinfection of dental equipment so that our patients are protected by the best possible sterilization result in a reliable and legally compliant manner.

Digital x-rays

With our Orthophos XG 3D ready technology and the Heliodent Plus Intraoral X-ray Unit there is no need to go elsewhere for diagnostic scans and x-rays as all this can be done in-house, in minutes. With comprehensive  x-rays and scans, Dr Haripersad can actively plan and shape your treatment plan individually.

These dental x-rays help us assess the condition of your teeth, roots, jaw and diagnose and treat dental problems like decay, bone infections, abscesses and cysts early in their development.

Zoom teeth whitening

The Philips Zoom is a superior professional teeth whitening brand. The results are incredible and can be seen on Extreme Makeover with Dr Bill Dorfman. Zoom offers a wide range of in chair and at home teeth whitening products, and enables dentists to customize each treatment to suit their unique patients.

With Zoom Whitespeed's LED advanced technology, Dr Haripersad can ensure up to 8 shades whiter in a mere 45 minutes.

All Zoom teeth whitening products have a pH booster calcium phosphate, sodium fluoride and potassium nitrate to help remineralise and desensitise the teeth during the bleaching process, making them safe for your teeth.
